The Crew

Dean is the Ranch Manger and  oversees all of Pine Valley Ranch's operations. He has been with  PVR since 2013.   Dean is a result driven leader, cattle savvy, fiscally responsible and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty in the process.

Jacob has worked in ranching and construction as well as being a former seasonal hand at PVR.  He joined the permanent crew in 2022.   He  is hardworking, has well rounded ranch skills and a positive attitude. 

Joe has worked in ranching over the past 25 years and has a passion for working with cattle.  He reloctaed from the northern Idaho area to join PVR.  He is a hardworker, has good horsemanship skills and takes pride in doing the job right.

Levi has spent the last decade plus  working in ranching.  He has extensive experience with all aspects of hay equipment.  Levi spent six years on a large ranch in Northern Washington where he helped mange range & forest allotments and winter calving.
